What doesn't kill you...

...makes you stronger. Or so they say.

What they don't is that it can also make one paranoid, morose and totally neurotic.

'They' = Friedrich Nietzsche..
Who I greatly admire..
And I guess the quote is just a fanciful way of saying you'll eventually learn to live inspite of all the horrid things life throws at you.. Probably will love life all the more..

Becoming paranoid or morose is not a way of life. It is a choice.. And that choice has an equally effective way of ridding itself..
Accidentally drowning yourself in the tub, or choking on food alone in an apartment by yourself is paranoia, but it does have a solution..
It's most of the time, paranoia by itself, that makes things go wrong.. I'm not a positive person at all, but I do believe that anything that happens, happens because it should, or I just make it happen..

So live your life to the fullest, even if you try your best to stay safe from the various perils on earth..
That's what I do..
Except for damn roaches.. I'm frightfully scared of them.. :)

Hey..
hmm..I do agree, its a fanciful way..n I did get what it means. :)

As far as choices are concerned, I don't go out of my way to be morose. Just sometimes, I have these whims! :D The good part is, I tend to let it slide off soon, but not without pouting & sulking a bit. But that's natural, no? What's the fun in being disappointed if you can't even sulk! Other than that, I sometimes believe it's my overt optimism that backfires on me. lol.

I'm doing my best to live life well. About living fully, I believe it's a misnomer..If I live fully today, it means there's nothing worth enjoying or getting disappointed about 'morrow..which can't be true! :) So thanks anyway..n yea roaches can be bad, but I think mosquitoes are the worst.
Have a roach-free one! :)
